Seniors Information & Active Living Fair 2025 - Vendor Application

Location: Meridian Community Centre - 100 Meridian Way, Fonthill

The Town of Pelham invites you to participate in the Seniors Information and Active Living Fair. Tables are available to for-profit and non-profit businesses. The Town of Pelham reserves the right to administer and facilitate the selection process and to limit the number of community groups/organizations in its sole and absolute discretion.

Notification will be given by email from kkilbreath@pelham.ca. Set up is between 8:00am-9:00am; tear down must be completed by 3:30pm. Preference will be given to organizations providing services with a focus on active living to seniors & older adults within Pelham or Niagara.

Deadline for applications: Tuesday, September 2, 2025. Successful applicants will be contacted with a confirmation email by Friday, September 5, 2025.

Insurance Requirements:
Each vendor must be covered by a liability insurance policy in the amount of $2 million and provide the Town of Pelham with a Certificate of Insurance naming the “Town of Pelham” as an additional insured.

Policies can be purchased from: PAL Insurance, DUUO or through your insurance provider.
