Seniors Active Living Centre (SALC) Program Survey

This is a survey that will help the Town of Pelham better understand the needs of our community members who attend programs at the Meridian Community Centre, which is a designated Seniors Active Living Centre. This survey is centered around the level of agreement that program/amenity atteendees have with the following five statements.

Please indicate the level of agreement below with the following five statements.

The SALC program(s) I attend help me feel more engaged in my community.
 
The SALC program meets my needs and interests.
 
I am satisfied with the SALC program’s activities/services.
 
The SALC program’s activities help to reduce social isolation in the community.
 
I feel more physically active after participating in SALC program activities.
 
I feel more mentally active after participating in SALC program activities.
 
The SALC program helped to increase my feeling of safety and well-being.
