July: Self-Care and Arthritis Massage with Wellness Niagara

Join Wellness Niagara for an interactive seminar focused on how massage therapy can support those living with arthritis. Learn how targeted massage techniques can help reduce pain, improve circulation, and increase strength and flexibility in the hands and feet. This session includes a short presentation and a hands-on demonstration of a simple hand massage routine you can use at home.

Our 55+ Seminars and Social Series are offered at the Meridian Community Centre on a monthly basis with varying topics for the older adult community of Pelham. We are looking forward to you joining us!
