2024 Pelham Summerfest Vendor Application

Summerfest 2024: Thursday, July 18 - Sunday, July 21
*Vendors are permitted Friday - Sunday only 

Application Deadlines:

• Vendors whose business premises are located within the Town of Pelham are eligible for an early bird discount of 15%! Early bird applications must be submittted no later than March 15, 2024 at 4:30 pm. The 15% discount applies to fees set out in the Schedule of Fees in this applicaton. 
• All other applications are due by March 29, 2024 at 4:30 pm and are subject to the fees set out in the Schedule of Fees. 
• Applications submitted after March 29, 2024 at 4:30 pm will be considered depending on site availability. Late applications are subject to a $100 late fee in addition to the fees set out in the Schedule of Fees.

This is a curated event. The Town will select vendors based on the quality and type of product to be provided and not on a first-come, first-served basis. Upon acceptance of your vendor application, you will receive a Vendor Contract and an invoice by email.
