Market Attendance
Vendors are expected to arrive for set up a minimum of 30 minutes prior to the market opening. If vendors arrive after 3:45pm without giving notice to the market clerk, their table will be reallocated or removed without reimbursement. Vendors should be ready to sell at 4:00pm.
Please use the dedicated entrances and exits for loading. Market will run from 4:00pm - Dusk every Thursday. Vendors must keep their booths open for the entire duration of the Market. Tear down will begin at the discretion of the Market Clerk, Town Staff and/or Market Executive.
Payment
Vendors who wish to purchase seasonal spaces are required to pay, in full, on or prior to April 1, 2025. Payment can be made by: cheque, cash or e-transfer. Cheques are made payable to the Pelham Farmers Market or e-transfer: Pelhamfarmersmarket2003@gmail.com
Casual vendors must pay, in full, on the market day they attend. Payment can be made by: cheque, cash or e-transfer.
If a Town of Pelham vendor licence is required, proof for this licence must be presented to a member of the Pelham Farmers Market executive prior to the first market day they attend. More information on the Town of Pelham vendor licence can be found at www.pelham.ca/vendor
