Family Day Community Expo

 

The Town of Pelham is accepting applications for the Family Day Community Expo! This expo allows community groups, clubs and organizations to have a booth at the Family Day event to share information with the community. 

This event takes place on-site from 11:00am-3:00pm on Monday, February 17, 2025 at the Meridian Community Centre. 

The Town of Pelham reserves the right to administer and facilitate the selection process and to limit the number of participants in its sole and absolute discretion. No vendor shall sell/ give away food or drink. Set up is between 10:00am - 10:45am, tear down must be completed by 3:30pm. There is no fee for this registration as it is a way to promote services within Pelham. Preference will be given to Pelham Services, not for profit organizations, service clubs and sports organizations who service Pelham. Each booth will be provided with a 6 foot long table, black table cloth and chairs. For more information, please visit us online at www.pelham.ca or contact Lauren Phillips at lphillips@pelham.ca
