2025 Community Eco-Expo

The Town of Pelham is accepting applications for the Earth Day Community Eco-Expo! This expo allows community groups, clubs and organizations to have a booth/table at the Community Clean-up event to share information with the community. 

This event takes place on-site from 8:00am-11:00am on Saturday, April 26th, 2025 at the Meridian Community Centre. 

The Town of Pelham reserves the right to administer and facilitate the selection process and to limit the number of participants in its sole and absolute discretion. No vendor shall sell/give away food or drink. Set up is between 7:00am - 8:00am, tear down must be completed by 11:30am. There is no fee for this registration as it is a way to promote eco-friendly information within Pelham. Each booth will be provided with a 6 foot long table, black table cloth and chairs.
